Please use the form on our career website to submit your application. This guarantees that your application reaches the right person and can be handled without delay. Please notice, that we do not handle applications received via e-mail.
Applying via video can be challenging, but it allows you to show your passion, excitement and present your whole personality better than simply writing a cover letter. It is not a must, but a plus and we appreciate it if you use this option.

Your application should give us a good first impression of yourself and your previous career. Please send us a CV, add a cover letter or outline your motivation in a short video. If available, please include certificates and recommendation letters from previous employers.

We are convinced that this is the most efficient way to do multi-national job interviews. Additionally, everybody who likes to join a predominantly remote working environment should be able to persuade in this set-up. Corona did not change our process; it just gave us one more reason to continue an already successful approach.

We try to get back to you as soon as possible. Applications are screened constantly but sometimes it may take a couple of weeks due to holidays or busy schedules.

Most of the team is native in German. However, our company language is English, and all our company meetings are held in English. If you are familiar with both languages this is a plus, but English is sufficient for most of the jobs.
Some jobs require fluency in German or French because the daily business consists of interaction with Swiss or German customers. Language requirements are included in the job ads and are obligatory.

If you do not live in one of these countries and do not plan to relocate, we cannot hire you, unfortunately.
Our employees have the option to work from abroad for some time, but their place of residence must be either Germany or Switzerland.

If you are a foreigner and wish to relocate to either Germany or Switzerland to work for OnlineDoctor but do not have a work permit for one of those countries yet, please indicate so in your application.
OnlineDoctor will support you in the application procedure where possible. If you are from a Schengen country this is usually a straightforward procedure. However, please be aware that it may be particularly difficult to receive a work permit if you are from a non-Schengen country. Please make yourself aware of the legal requirements that you must meet to apply for the work permit.
