Tobias is responsible for finances, people, partnerships and strategic development. He has several years of professional experience in consulting and executive education of entrepreneurial personalities in the healthcare sector. Tobias is a lecturer in various teaching and training courses at the University of St.Gallen. He is a member of the board of directors of various companies and jointly responsible for their strategic positioning. In his doctoral thesis he is investigating aspects of "Organisational Justice and Governance" in medical and dental practices. In his free time, Tobias can be found hiking, skiing or snowboarding in the mountains.
